ABOUT
I am an Associate Professor and the Director of Scenic Technology at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Before coming to UNCSA, I spent 12 years teaching at the University of Arizona and 24 years working in regional theatre and production houses in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Nashville, including seven seasons as the Technical Director for the Tony Award-winning Alliance Theatre Company in Atlanta.
In 2010, I earned my M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Belmont University. In 2021, I Became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor for OSHA 10- & 30-hr training.

Honey joined the team in 1991 and established herself as the Head of Security right off the bat.

Harp came on board in 2007 after apprenticing with Honey for a few months and took over as Head of Security.

Harp also found time to explore her fascination with woodworking, focusing mainly on whittling pieces and not so much on joining wood together.

Augustus is the current member of the team, and he takes on multiple roles. As you can see, he is an advocate of safety.
